Built around your actual life

Most breathing courses assume you have unlimited time. Ours doesn't. We designed the schedule for people with jobs, families, and other commitments.

Practice sessions run 15-20 minutes. You can do them before work, during lunch, or before bed. The exercises don't require special equipment or a quiet room.
